"More innocent and helpless children, men and women are getting exploited every second, as we refuse to take responsibility for what happens in our life."
Our life and “development” depend on one thing- human cooperation. To facilitate human cooperation, many institutions and systems either have been created or have risen out of necessity and chance. Some of these systems and institutions can work well if people with humane values and kindness operate them. However, the history of forced human labour, the consequences of using the state issued money, and ignorance have caused people working in these institutions and systems to be insensitive and cruel. As a result, we have lost our freedom to live real human life, and we are forced to depend on institutions and systems for everything. Most of our institutions and systems are against human needs such as freedom, equality and dignity. They have no place for humane values such as kindness. Life does not have any value and no body cares for the life of common people. With increasing prosperity people are becoming increasingly insecure and lonely. Today, when a person needs his/her relatives or friends the most, he/she is left alone, as everyone is busy in making a living. Cooperation, patience, courage, sacrifice, love, patriotism, dignity, justice and equality are respected and talked about only during the time of any crisis or war, to inspire the soldiers to die for us; otherwise, in our daily life, selfishness, cut-throat competition, violence, desire for money and greed are dominant. If we do not take charge of our life and remove the darkness of ignorance and violence from our world and spread humane values, then these institutions and systems will continue to destroy our lives, relationships and environment. No honest, kind, responsible, spiritual, patriotic, rational or self-respecting person can ignore what is happening to us and our loved ones in this inhuman world.
For a person to live happily, s/he needs to have the best values, habits, attitudes and interests. S/he needs freedom to develop these but s/he does not have that freedom because money is controlling the behaviour of all people around him/her. S/he too is forced to accept those values, habits, attitudes and interests that are necessary to make money. Thus, people are unhappy. We can live safely and happily only if people around us are kind, independent, responsible, self-reliant and rational. If we do not have such good people around us then we must search for such people and form communities with them. I want to be a member of such a community. So, I want to contact good people and form a community. If you are interested in this idea, we should become friends. The people in power actively use all wicked means to keep their ways of exploitation hidden from the common people and to confuse them. Such powerful people are everywhere. We have limited resources to find out the truth. So, it is very difficult to prove what is really happening in the world. However, we can understand what is happening in our world by the effects of exploitation on our lives and by whatever information is available. Everyday, thousands of people die in traffic accidents. The way our society ignores the death of so many people gives away the true nature of the society. If you want a better world, where life is valued, you have to take responsibility.
